Buying, selling, loaning out, renewing contracts and answering the offers that come in.
Finances
The wage bill, the transfer budget, ticket prices and what to do with the money in the bank.
Club facilities
The pitch and stadium safety — whatever you can improve with the money you actually have.
OUT OF YOUR HANDS
What never crosses your desk
Said before you buy, on purpose: this is what sets one mode apart from the others.
Nothing that matters
This is the mode where the AI decides nothing for you. It runs the other 690 clubs; yours is yours.
THE DAY TO DAY
Everything lands on your desk: an offer for a first-team regular, a contract renewal request, the board setting the target for the season, the scout's report. You decide item by item — and at the end of the season, the bill is yours.
This mode is for you if…
For people who like moving every piece themselves and want nobody deciding anything on their behalf.
Maybe it is not, if…
If you only want to train and play, or only to run the club from behind the scenes, the other two modes cut away the rest.
